Minor incidents during use

1. Before using different types of welding guns for welding, corresponding models and hole diameters of conductive nozzles should be installed. For example, 15AK gas shielded welding guns should use conductive nozzles with 15AK M6 * 25 corresponding wire hole diameters, and 24KD gas shielded welding guns should use conductive nozzles with 24KDM6 * 28 corresponding wire hole diameters.

2. During the welding process, if intermittent welding is found, the conductive nozzle should be checked first to see if the diameter of the conductive nozzle is consistent with the diameter of the welding wire.

3. The longer the welding time, the more welding slag on the conductive nozzle of the welding gun, which can seriously block the wire hole and affect the welding operation. The welding slag on the conductive nozzle should be cleaned irregularly to ensure the smooth progress of the welding operation.
