Binzel conductive nozzle

  • Copper conductive nozzle
Good conductivity, smooth delivery, heat-resistant and durable

    Integrated precision car technology
    Binzel conductive nozzle 15AK/24KD/36KD

Industrial grade purple copper enhances high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance

Up and down equal diameter without wire blockage
High conductivity, non-magnetic, impact does not generate sparks

The models are divided into 15AK/24KD/36KD threads. 15AK/24KD is M6 thread, 36KD is M8 thread. You can freely choose according to your needs Before using different types of welding guns for welding, corresponding models and hole diameters of conductive nozzles should be installed. For example, a 15AK gas shielded welding gun should use a conductive nozzle with 15AKM6 * 25 corresponding to the wire hole diameter, and a 24KD gas shielded welding gun should use a conductive nozzle with 24KDM6 * 28 corresponding to the wire hole diameter< br> During the welding process, if intermittent welding is found, the conductive nozzle should be checked first to see if the diameter of the conductive nozzle is consistent with the diameter of the welding wire< br> 3. The longer the welding time, the more welding slag on the conductive nozzle of the welding gun, which can seriously block the wire hole and affect the welding operation. The welding slag on the conductive nozzle should be cleaned irregularly to ensure the smooth progress of the welding operation.

    Minor incidents during use

  • 1. Before using different types of welding guns for welding, corresponding models and hole diameters of conductive nozzles should be installed. For example, 15AK gas shielded welding guns should use conductive nozzles with 15AK M6 * 25 corresponding wire hole diameters, and 24KD gas shielded welding guns should use conductive nozzles with 24KDM6 * 28 corresponding wire hole diameters.

    2. During the welding process, if intermittent welding is found, the conductive nozzle should be checked first to see if the diameter of the conductive nozzle is consistent with the diameter of the welding wire.

    3. The longer the welding time, the more welding slag on the conductive nozzle of the welding gun, which can seriously block the wire hole and affect the welding operation. The welding slag on the conductive nozzle should be cleaned irregularly to ensure the smooth progress of the welding operation.
