Product instructions

1. When installing the cutting nozzle, please use two wrenches to clamp the upper and lower nuts of the cutting torch respectively. Tighten the cutting nozzle tightly with two wrenches to prevent air leakage or backfire.

2. First, slightly open the oxygen regulating valve, and then open the propane regulating valve.

3. When igniting, do not aim the hand holding the fire source at the cutting nozzle, and do not point the cutting nozzle at other people or flammable/combustible materials around you.

4. At the beginning of ignition, there may be continuous firing sounds due to impure propane. You can directly release the gas and wait for the impure propane gas to be released before reigniting. If the oxygen is turned on too much, it may cause the ignition to fail. In this case, turn down the oxygen valve.

5. When cutting, do not enlarge the cutting nozzle too low. If the cutting nozzle is too low, the flame cannot be eliminated and burned inside the cutting nozzle, causing tempering phenomenon. In mild cases, there may be a popping sound that affects the service life of the cutting nozzle, and in severe cases, it may cause tempering and tube bursting.
